Expanded Program At Round Rock Campus Begins Admissions In Spring 2026 Texas State University announced the expansion of its Aviation Science degree program to the TXST Round Rock Campus through a new partnership with Genesis Aero for pilot flight training. The program is offered through TXST’s Department of Organization, Workforce, and Leadership Studies (OWLS), and the program will admit students to start classes in Spring 2026.
