Republic Airways Will Host Teams To Pull A 24-Ton Plane To Raise Money For Kids Republic Airways’ 14th Annual Plane Pull will be Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Republic Airways Indianapolis Maintenance Center Hangar on the Indianapolis International Airport property at 3998 S. Hoffman Road. The Plane Pull raised $1 million last year and benefits A Kid Again, Indiana Wish, Riley Children’s Foundation, Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at Ascension St. Vincent and other children’s organizations. The Plane Pull began in memory of Tyler Frenzel, a Carmel, Ind. boy who died from leukemia in 2004. Over the years, funds raised through the Republic Airways Plane Pull have supported children battling life-threatening illnesses.
