Brian K. Kapileo Nepaial, 38, pleaded guilty to aiming a laser pointer at an aircraft and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. According to court documents, on October 3, 2025, a CBP helicopter was struck by a green laser, causing it to abort its planned landing.
