Family Of Pilots Celebrates Newest Member Jocelyn Kelly-Bourassa is a 20-year-old woman from the town of Fort Good Hope in Canada’s Northwest Territories, and she recently passed her flight test in Cochrane, Alberta, in a Robinson R22 helicopter. This was not too surprising since she comes from a family of pilots and in fact, she now represents the fourth generation of pilots in her family.
