Infrastructure Upgrades To Taxiways, Fuel Storage, Additional Hangar Space A series of infrastructure upgrades and expansions at fixed-base operators (FBOs) across North Carolina and New York are planned by Campbell Oil Company. The improvements are designed to strengthen regional aviation facilities and improve services for pilots and operators.The Dublin County Airport (KDPL) in Kenansville, N.C., has completed the paving of its connector taxiway A3, which features upgraded lighting and new signage. The airport is currently in the early stages of the new fuel farm project, which would include a 20,000-gallon Jet-A tank and a 12,000-gallon avgas tank. Additional developments include the construction of a new 12,000-square-foot corporate hangar with 3,000 square feet of customizable office/flex space, a 60-by-70-foot maintenance facility, and plans for a new apron design.
