Aligns Practical Test Language With MOSAIC Final Rule The FAA has issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that would bring sport pilot practical test standards (PTS) into alignment with the newly adopted regulatory requirements as specified in the MOSAIC final rule related to certification of sport pilots and operation of light-sport category aircraft, and also update the PTS to improve the certification standard materials.
