Deadline Extended To May 11 After Many Requests To FAA For More Time In response to the significant number of industry participants and stakeholders who contacted the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and their legislators, and who posted comments to the federal register asking for an extension of the comment period for the FAA’s 141 Pilot School Modernization Initiative, that extension has been granted. The 471-page report was submitted by the National Flight Training Alliance (NFTA) to the FAA.
