Agencies Issue Simulator Qualification Certificates for 777-9 Training Devices Boeing’s long-delayed 777-9 program may still be far from the finish line, but at least the pilot training aspect will be covered by the time it gets there. That’s thanks to the Federal Aviation Administration and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency issuing initial qualification certificates for the 777-9’s full-flight simulator and flight training device.
