Will Be On Display At Boeing Plaza, With Rides Available At Appleton Airport The Boeing B-29 Superfortress Doc will be back this summer at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, supporting the America 250 theme and more than a century of American aviation innovation.The 73rd edition of the EAA’s fly-in convention is July 20-26 at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh. As currently scheduled, Doc will take center stage for display on Boeing Plaza on July 24-26. Flight experiences on Doc will be available July 20-23, based at Appleton International Airport, approximately 20 miles north.
