Investigators Said Water Entered Fuel System Of Rockwell Commander 112 Pilots in Scotland are being warned about significant water contamination in fuel systems by the United Kingdom’s Air Accident Investigation Branch (AAIB) and the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) as a result of an investigation into a fatal crash in late 2024.
