Jim Coon Told Pilots At Buckeye Town Hall About Importance Of Pilot and Aircraft Privacy Act Jim Coon, senior vice president of government affairs and advocacy, briefed the AOPA Town Hall meeting at the Buckeye Fly-In on several issues of concern to pilots.In an overflowing tent of AOPA members, Coon went over such topics as unleaded fuel, the airport support network, Mosaic and legislative issues. One topic he highlighted in particular was to urge members to push for legislation to prevent the use of ADS-B data “as a cash register to collect fees.””We are making progress on this issue but we need to ensure our elected leaders in Congress hear our collective voices,” Coon said.
