Delta Air Lines’ Propel Career Pathway Program For Students Kansas State University Salina Aerospace and Technology Campus’s professional pilot program has been selected for Delta Air Lines’ Propel Career Pathway Program, giving students a streamlined route from flight training to a Delta career. K-State Salina is one of 38 Aviation Accreditation Board International (AABI) universities that position graduates for faster entry into aviation careers. Once students complete flight training and are actively instructing as certified flight instructors, or CFIs, they are eligible to apply. If selected, they will receive a conditional job offer to Delta’s wholly owned regional carrier, Endeavor Air, putting them on a guaranteed path toward a career as a Delta pilot.
