An Analog Communication Solution For Special Mission Environments Canadian avionics manufacturer Anodyne Electronics Manufacturing (AEM) is introducing an advanced narrowband/wideband panel-mount VHF FM radio for special-mission platforms. Called the MTP138, it is designed for analog communication on all channels across the 138MHz to 174MHz frequency band.The MTP138 was developed in consultation with offshore, air medical, search and rescue, Coast Guard and Forest Service operators to ensure high performance in lengthy and demanding offshore oil and gas, wind-farm and specialized mission environments.
