Pilot Shakeel Mozaffar Joins Board For Public Benefit Flying The Air Care Alliance has named a new board member who has an extensive background in finance, international relations, technology, and global supply-chain management in addition to being a volunteer pilot. Shakeel Mozaffar serves as a volunteer mission pilot with Angel Flight NE, an Air Care Alliance member. He was honored with the 2023 National Endeavor Award for Philanthropy in Aviation.
