Hundreds Of Owners Grounded, Must Reregister In Another Country Or In U.S. The FAA has notified the Southern Aircraft Consultancy Inc. that all of its aircraft registration certificates are invalid due to violations by the company of U.S. citizenship requirements when the registration applications were submitted.
