Aircraft Helps U.S. Marshals A Virginia State Police Kodiak Crew helped the U.S. Marshals Service capture a sex offender suspect wanted in Michigan. The Kodiak aircraft, based in Lynchburg, Va., conducted aerial surveillance over Page County to assist officials in finding the suspect’s vehicle. U.S. Marshals on the ground were then able to take the suspect into custody, according to a post shared by Virginia State Police.
