Combined Fleet of 195 Aircraft to Service Over 650 Routes Across Almost 175 Cities Allegiant and Sun Country Airlines have inked a definitive merger agreement, bringing Sun Country under the Allegiant umbrella in an estimated $1.5 billion cash-and-stock transaction. Once all is said and done, Allegiant shareholders will be left in control of about 67% of the combined company, and Sun Country shareholders about 33%.
