FAA Gives Boeing the Nod to Begin Phase 2 Flight Testing After plenty of waiting, reworking, and trying to get back on the good side of US aviation regulators, Boeing’s 737 MAX 10 has received FAA clearance to begin Phase 2 flight testing. The approval, granted just before Christmas, puts the jet on track to achieve certification sometime in 2026… a mere three years behind schedule.
