Hartzell Brings New Products and Innovations to the Market in 2025 JJ Frigge, President of Hartzell Propeller, spoke with Aero-News Network at the 2025 NBAA-BACE in Las Vegas, Nevada, about the company’s products, STCs, and innovations. Hartzell is bringing a lot of new products and innovations to the market this year including a handful of new composite STCs. Those range from the Yukon in conjunction with Wipaire to the Blackhawk King Air, and some of their own STCs such as the Talon prop on the GB-1 Gamebird. Hartzell is continuing to invest in its carbon fiber technologies and working with CubCrafters on their Carbon Cub UL with its Falcon retention series, a three-blade all carbon fiber prop under 20 pounds. It’s a game-changer on that airframe and Hartzell is also rolling it out to the broader market and aircraft owners with the Rotax 915/916 engine series.
