Suit Alleged Customer Owed More than $75,000 in Fees NetJets, whose corporate owner is Berkshire Hathaway, Inc., told the U.S. District Court in Columbus, Ohio that it has reached a settlement with Colin Fan and filed to dismiss a lawsuit alleging he owed more than $75,000 in fees. The original lawsuit filed on November 21, alleged that Fan flew on the fractional private jet operator for months between March 7, 2025 and June 30, 2025 without paying.
